Event listings

Organisers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability, ticketing, refunds, safety, and fulfilment of their events. PartyAxis may review, edit visibility, reject, archive, or remove listings that breach these terms or the Event Rules.

Approval is not endorsement

Publication or approval of a listing does not mean PartyAxis organises, guarantees, sponsors, or endorses that event.

Accounts

Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials. PartyAxis may suspend or delete accounts used for fraud, spam, abuse, prohibited content, or repeated rule violations.

External links and transactions

Ticketing, payments, refunds, and external websites may be handled by third parties or organisers. Users should review the relevant provider's terms before transacting.

Availability

PartyAxis may change, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary for maintenance, security, compliance, or service improvements.
